Returns
We get it – sometimes something just doesn’t fit right. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, you’ve got 21 days to send it back for a full refund.
Customers will be responsible for return postage costs if they are requesting a refund.
What Can Be Returned?
To be eligible for a return, your items must:
- Be returned within 21 days of purchase;
- Be unworn, unused, and in sellable condition;
- Have original tags still attached
We’re all for trying things on, but please don’t use them unless you’re keeping them.
We can’t accept returns that are worn, washed, damaged, stained, or smell of aftershave, deodorant or smoke.
Returning a faulty item? No worries – we’ll cover the return cost if there’s a genuine fault with your gear.
Inspection and Return Window: Please check your item(s) upon receipt, even if you do not plan to try them on immediately. We only offer refunds or replacements for faulty items reported within 21 days of purchase.
How to Return Your Order:
1 - Package up your goods as neatly as you can, making it easy for our staff to process.
2 - Email us for a returns form with a reason for return.
3 - Fill out required information and collect shipping label / QR code for presentation at the post office. Send the goods to us and we'll process the return; we'll send you a notification via email.
4 - Keep your proof of postage until your return is processed.
Refunds:
Once your return arrives and is approved, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are offered.
